Overview
All In 1 VFX Toolkit is a shader and a set of tools for making particle and mesh effects in Unity. The shader layers three shapes, each with its own texture, colour, scrolling, rotation and distortion, composites them, and then runs around 65 effects on the result.
Only the effects you enable are compiled into the material, so an unused effect costs nothing at runtime. That is what makes stacking cheap enough to be the normal way to work.
Alongside the shader sit the Particle System Helper for bulk editing particle systems, a texture library, and the creation tools in the Asset Window.
Where to start
Section titled “Where to start”First Steps is the shortest path to something on screen, and Setup and Render Pipelines is the page to read if you are on URP or HDRP. Shader Structure and Usage explains the three shape model, which is worth understanding before anything else, because almost every property belongs to a shape. After that, Effects and Properties Breakdown documents every effect and property.
